With over 8 years of experience in education and instructional design, I specialize in developing engaging eLearning solutions, multimedia content, and comprehensive training programs. As an Instructional Designer at MRCOOL, I create innovative learning experiences that drive employee development and support organizational growth.

I hold a Master of Arts in Instructional Design with a focus on eLearning from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Murray State University. My background is further enriched by my service as a U.S. Army veteran, where I developed strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills—attributes that I apply to every project I lead.

When I'm not working, I enjoy quilting, reading, and exploring new travel destinations.
